Demand for survey by breaking the wall
Nandi, who sits in the Kashi Vishwanath corridor, has come in the center of discussion after the claim of finding a Shivling in the pond of the Gyanvapi mosque complex. Whose face is towards the pond of the mosque. 3 women of Varanasi filed an application in the court demanding to carry forward the survey. At the same time, it was demanded that in the Kashi Vishwanath Corridor, the place where Nandi is seated should be demolished and survey should be done there.
Petition also regarding sealing of Vazukhana
Apart from this, a demand for re-survey has also been made after completely vacating a room in the basement. Along with this, a survey has been demanded there by removing the rock and debris behind the western wall. On the other hand, the second petition has been filed by the UP administration. In the petition filed by the District Government Advocate of Varanasi i.e. DGC Civil, it has been said that due to the sealing of Vaju food, the worshipers are not able to perform Wuzu. Earlier, the hearing of the Gyanvapi case was held in the Supreme Court. Where the Supreme Court made it clear that it will not interfere in the proceedings of the lower court. But the Supreme Court refused to put a stay on Namaz. Also issued instructions that the place of Shivling should be kept safe.
