Big blow to Haryana government, HC bans 75 percent reservation for local people in private jobs

Haryana Government had announced 75 percent reservation for local people in private jobs. The government had issued the notification to implement the Haryana State Local Persons Employment Act, 2020 in 2021 itself. But hearing the petition filed in the Punjab-Haryana High Court regarding this decision of the government, it has stayed.
