Varanasi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi reached Sampurnanand Sanskrit Vishwavidyalaya, Varanasi on Sunday to give an edge to the election campaign in Purvanchal and to interact with booth level workers. The PM started the speech with the chants of Har- Har Mahadev, then in Bhojpuri, saluted the people of Kashi and greeted them.
“The party sent me to Banaras and I stayed here”
Addressing the booth level workers, the PM said that two things touched my heart, firstly, you have named this conference as Booth Vijay Sammelan. The second gave me a chance to have darshan of my dear workers. PM said that this time we will also win the booth and will also score full. BJP worker does not rest till the last day. The PM said that in 2014 the party sent me to Banaras and I remained from Banaras. The party has given me the benefit of sitting in the Dham of Mother Ganga and Baba Vishwanath.
“We are proud of Banaras, we have faith in the people of Banaras”
Continuing his speech in Bhojpuri, the PM said that we should be proud of Banaras and we have faith in the people of Banaras. The PM said, just like you showed your might in 2014, supported in 17 and 19, likewise will give victory in 22 also ( 2014 में पराक्रम दिखइला, 17 और 19 में साथ देला वैसे ही 22 में भी फतेह दिलइबा).The PM said that the stream of development in Kashi and Ayodhya progressed only when the BJP government came again in the state with a thumping majority.

Remembering Domraja Jagdish Chaudhary, the PM said that today I am also missing him. He showered so much affection on me that I used to get overwhelmed. The affection and love that I am getting in Kashi’s house and house and in Purvanchal is the result of the hard work of all of you workers. In my absence, you workers take care of everything.
