Varanasi: The Uttar Pradesh Assembly Election 2022 has now reached its final round. On Monday, for the seventh and final phase, voting will be held in a total of 54 assembly seats in nine districts of Purvanchal, including Varanasi. Every political party is busy trying to woo their voters. At the same time, Prime Minister Narendra Modi is also currently on a tour of his parliamentary constituency Varanasi, where he will hold a road show on Friday.
There is a lot of enthusiasm among the residents of Kashi regarding PM Modi’s roadshow. This road show of the Prime Minister will be 3 km long, which will start from Maldahiya intersection and will go to Baba Vishwanath Dham via Lahurabir, Kabirchaura, Lohatia, Maidagin, Nichibagh and Chowk.
After taking blessings from Baba Vishwanath, PM Modi will go to BHU Gate via Sonarpura, Assi Marg, where he will garland the statue of Pandit Madan Mohan Malviya.
Enthusiasm among people about PM’s roadshow
PM Modi’s roadshow will begin with garlanding the statue of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel at Maldahiya at around 2 pm, which will end with garlanding the statue of Pandit Madan Mohan Malviya at BHU Gate. BJP workers as well as local people are showing enthusiasm about PM Modi’s visit to Varanasi, in view of which they have made preparations for the grand welcome of the Prime Minister.
