America congress panel Hearing: There is no shortage of theories about UFOs or unidentified flying objects. It has always been associated with the idea of alien spacecraft. However, it is no longer just a case of foreign conspiracy, as two top defense intelligence officials will testify before the House Intelligence Subcommittee about information the US government currently has about UFOs.
hearing after 50 years
This is the first public hearing related to UFOs in nearly 50 years. The hearing comes nearly a year after a government report that included 140 instances of unidentified airborne incidents reported by US military pilots since 2004.
national security issue
The purpose of this hearing is more related to national security than foreign life. There were some reports of flying objects, which speaks about the current technologies, but the entire focus of this hearing will be on increasing the safety as well as aviation security.
Pentagon task force made report
However, the report did not completely rule out the possibility of foreign activity. The report focused more on the possibility of some secret technology, which was developed by other countries. The report was compiled by the Office of the Director of National Intelligence and a Navy-led task force led by the Pentagon formed in 2020.
The first hearing was held in 1969
The hearing will be attended by two officials, the US Secretary of Defense and Intelligence and Security Ronald Moultrie and the Deputy Director of Naval Intelligence Scott Bray. Let us tell you that the last time the hearing on UFO was held in 1969.
