use of drones
Andrey Pokrassa and his father are using drones to track the movement of the Russian military. A father-son duo living on the outskirts of the Ukrainian capital Kyiv used a small drone to track the movement of Russian tanks and sent the data to Ukrainian troops.
Due to the help of this father and son pair, Ukraine has carried out many successful missions. Recalling the early days of the Russian attack, Andrey said that these were the scariest moments of my life. We informed the Ukrainian Armed Forces about enemy photos and their locations. This helped him in attacking the enemies.
Andrey flies the drone
Andrey’s father Stanislav said that I only help in the process of flying the drone. Actually Andrey operates the drone. I can also fly a drone, but my son does better. In such a situation, both of us decided that Andrey would operate the drone.
20 tanks destroyed
Andrey said that when Russian troops reached their village in the western part of Kyiv, they began collecting information about enemy soldiers with drones, without thinking about what effect it would have on the future. According to Andrey, on the basis of this information, about 20 tanks of the Russian army were destroyed.
